This will mark Kaye’s racing comeback after a while.

Further to the requests coming from some National Sporting Authorities, Super 1600 cars have been accepted for the first time in the FIA European Touring Car Cup.
“The Super 1600 class is becoming more and more popular in a number of national championships and the FIA Touring Car Commission is now working to establish common international regulations,” KSO GM Marcello Lotti explained.
Besides the large Russian contingent, two other competitors are coming from Eastern Europe.

Chevrolet will be represented in the FIA Super 2000 Cup by two Lacetti cars run by the Danish importer’s team and driven by Henrik Lundgaard and Swede Pontus Mörth.
They were both among the top drivers in this year’s Danish Touring Car Championship, claiming two victories apiece, the first ever for Chevrolet in Denmark.
